At Poxy Rose, we take pride in our handmade creations and your satisfaction is important to us. As part of our Refund and Return Policy, please note that all of our products are made to order and customized just for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order has been placed.


1. Custom Orders – All Sales Are Final

Since our items are handmade and customized specifically for you, all custom orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom items. This includes:

  • Personalized resin keychains with custom names or designs.
  • Custom jewelry, such as earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
  • Custom resin home decor, like trays, coasters, and sculptures.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. Send a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll promptly resolve it. Depending on the situation, we will either replace your item or offer another solution.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there’s a defect or damage. However, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your order.


4. Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items (pre-made items) are also final sale unless there’s damage. Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.


5. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Custom orders typically take 5-10 business days to create. Ready-to-ship items ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S. International shipping times vary.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. Gift Wrapping and Packaging

We offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. If you’d like gift wrapping, simply choose this option during checkout.


7. Returns & Refunds – Final Note

All custom orders are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there’s an issue with the quality of your item. Please double-check your design preferences before placing your order.
